A bit confusing trying to find the entrance, but Lav was exceptional! I pulled to the wrong spot but they saw my confusion and helped me get where and what I needed! They were very clear when explaining everything and made sure to get an accurate time estimate before I left! Plus, the workers present made me feel welcome right away when I came back in, which can be hard to find at an auto shop! Will definitely come back with my dino bag to have Lav or their coworker help again in the future!

Volodymyr was exceptional!! He understood my concerns and addressed them accordingly. He made sure that I got my car back from service in good time and whenever I reached out to him his response was swift. Very nice young man and I will continue to do service at Plaza Honda. Give him a raise!!

Shana at Plaza Auto Service is amazing. She is patient, answers all questions and is great at what she does. My service was fast friendly and I will be definitely be coming back to see Shana specifically. Thank you Plaza for having great people.

Shak was and has always been absolutely wonderful. I’ll be the first to admit, I am someone who doesn’t know much about cars or really how they work. I just know they drive. Any question I have, I reach out to Shak. He is always personable, kind and extremely knowledgeable. He is always so patient and I truly do appreciate that. His customer service is exemplary. From the time I walked in I felt seen and heard. I literally had stopped my car when Volodymyr was already there ready to assist me. He was honest about the amount of time each task would take, and made sure to visit me throughout the process to keep me abreast of developments. Awesome, friendly, and fast service! The best. Def will be back.
